Chemo number two was given to me 2 weeks later on Thursday January 11th, 2006.
The actual process of getting the chemo went exactly the same as the first one, but it only took 3 hours.
The big difference was how I felt after. I did not need to take any of the anti nausea meds. I just felt like I had a cold for 3 days. Got chemo on Thursday and laid around the house until Tuesday. Then I was back to normal. I actually was feeling better than I have felt in over a year.
Still have not lost any hair and still am holding on to my "12 years with no Puking" title.
